Employee Testimonials
“Coreslab has given me the opportunity to work hard, learn the production side of the business and advance within the company. I started as a carpenter, 10 years ago, and have moved up to my current position as production superintendent for the structural division. The work is fast paced, challenging and very rewarding to know that you had a hand in the construction of so many building projects.”
“I started with Coreslab back in 2000 as a carpenter on a field erection crew and within a few years I was promoted to field supervisor, responsible for the erection of the precast panels and coordinating our activities with the general contractor for each project that I was assigned. Coreslab prefers to promote from within and when an opportunity in the office opened up, I was offered a position as project manager.”
“I initially joined Coreslab right out of tech school and began my career in the drafting department. In the years that followed, I gained enough experience in precast concrete to take on the position of project manager. The work has been very interesting and challenging and the experience that I have gained has served me very well for my current position as director of preconstruction.”
Giving Back
Coreslab is very thankful for the work that the Phoenix community provides for our company and for our employees and we strive to give back to that community in many ways. We actively participate in charity events such as CanStruction which benefits Saint Mary’s Food Bank and many of our employees have volunteered their time as well. We have maintained a sponsorship for the McDowell Mountain Music Festival, which benefits many charities. We donate to the ABA backpack and toy drive each year for local families. In addition to charities, we work with local schools from kindergarten to graduate school.
Team Building Activities
It takes teamwork for a company like Coreslab Structures to run efficiently and it is that same emphasis that the company places on activities away from the job. Along with the hard work comes opportunities to participate with fellow employees in activities such as bowling, skeet shooting, corn hole competitions and volleyball.
